We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and atmosphere were great. The hotel staff were friendly and courteous. They helped to resolve our payment issues. The hotel facilities were also good.

The room was well decorated with a comfy bed and lovely cold air conditioning. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very accommodating and polite. The hotel had a homey feel to it, and the location was ideal for exploring the city.
The TV only had three channels and the internet was a bit slow. The staff were a little difficult to identify as they were not in uniform. Additionally, there were some noise issues, particularly with music playing loudly at the poolside, which was a little disruptive. I enjoyed my stay and would consider returning.

There are issues with the shower pressure, causing discomfort while bathing.
